Sensory Assessment
(for sensory/functional purposes, not diagnostic)

Individual Sensory Assessment (self or parent questionnaire), summary report of recommendations and phone call feedback

+ $100 for additional teacher questionnaire (to evaluate sensory preferences at school)
Please note that all assessments and sessions will incur an additional travel cost of $95 per hour, dependent on the travel time from Mascot (NSW 2020). For Southern Highlands, travel will be calculated from Moss Vale (NSW 2577).
